SKiP has just been announced as a recipient of a Commonwealth Bank Community Grants. We are very excited to be partnering with the Commonwealth Bank to support Australian children. To find out more go to: Commonwealth Bank Community grants 2015
The Siganto Foundation has generously provided SKiP with the funds to enhance its art therapy offerings, as part of the Pain Education Program.
Allens' generous donation was used to fund our Pain Education Program (PEP). Our two-pronged program is aimed at increasing community awareness of chronic pain in children through:
1. GP Pain Education sessions on assessment and pain management to better support a large number of children in the community living with chronic pain.
2. #theJumpforJoy social media campaign. A powerful video "Morley’s Story", was created as part of the awareness campaign and highlights the impact that chronic pain has on children and their families. View Morley's Story here.
SKiP is grateful for the support of the Ashirwad Foundation. Funds will support delivery of SKiP's Pain Education Program.
